Firefighters Advance Field Of Medicine

A study from the Libin Cardiovascular Institute at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Medicine involving 1574 firefighters is shedding light on an underlying cause of heart disease. The study finds that blood vessel lining can predict who is at risk for developing coronary heart disease.
